Clyde served time and prison at age 17, while he was inprisoned he was abused. Some believe that this abuse led to him becoming an outlaw. In the 1920's Bonnie and Clyde where still children, but Gangsters where treated as celeberties and "Cheared on" and "Rooted for" to escape from cops, Bonnie and clyde could have possibly been influenced by popularity, wanting the fame that other gangsters had.
